Terms of service.

Please take a moment to carefully review and understand these terms and conditions before using Party Pop Ins' services. These terms do apply to the day of your event. Your use of our services implies agreement with the following terms:

 

  • ARTISTIC FREEDOM: Party Pop Ins retains creative control over all performance routines.

  • OVERTIME: Services will conclude promptly at the agreed-upon time.

  • DELAYING PERFORMANCE: Performance end time remains the same, even if the client requests we wait outside and begin at a later time. Please plan accordingly and be prepared before start time.

  • Cancellation/reschedule policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule you will have a 100% transferable credit valid for a mutually agreed-upon date, time, and location within 13 months. Please note that refunds will not be issued if you select a rescheduled date, time, or location that we cannot accommodate, so please confirm with us first to ensure your credit can be redeemed. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the event will incur a $50 fee per entertainer to secure the new date. One reschedule is allowed; however, if a second reschedule is required, it will be non-transferable, and all payments will be forfeited.

  • Payment method: payment is collected in full to save the date via a PayPal link that is text & emailed.

  • Purchase insurance: your invoice will include customer protection through PayPal. 

  • Making payments: Your PayPal link will give the ability to make payments through PayPal credit if you qualify.

  • RushFee: Bookings made within 1 week’s notice will have a $15 fee per entertainer added to the total. Bookings made within 48 hours of the event date will have a $50 rush fee added to the total.

  • Performer emergencies: In the event that the scheduled entertainer cannot perform due to an emergency or incapacity, Party Pop Ins will substitute an entertainer of equal or superior talent at no additional charge. In the event that a substitute is not available Party Pop Ins will issue a full refund of all payments made. We frequently switch entertainers to schedule the closest one to the available parties. If you only want a specific entertainer please specify before you book.

  • SUPERVISION: Parents must supervise guests and assist their children, preventing unsafe or damaging actions like hitting, grabbing wigs or equipment. Party Pop Ins may leave without refund if environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

  • NOISE AND DISTRACTIONS: To foster an optimal environment we suggest the following: Keep noise levels to a minimum during the performance, limit distracting activities, deactivate bounce castles, and schedule other hired entertainment before or after ours. Client acknowledges that these elements may interfere with the entertainment engagement and the overall experience, but these are not mandatory.

  • EXCLUSIVE ENTERTAINERS: Only Party Pop Ins characters are permitted during our character performances. If you’d like another character company present with us approval is required. Presence of other companies’ hired characters without approval will lead to our characters departure without refund.

  • MEDIA USAGE: Photos/videos of entertainers are for guests' personal use only and are not to be used for commercial/business purposes unless given permission beforehand. If you or any of your guests wish to use our company for commercial purposes approval can be sought out via phone or email.

  • PARKING/ENTRANCE FEE: We must be reimbursed or prepaid for any fees we need to pay to park or enter the event. This amount will be due within 48 hours of the event date.

  • EVENT CHARGES: Charging fees to photograph, interact, or attend our event requires written permission. Client must disclose if they are a party planner or attempting to do any subcontracting of our services before booking.

  • LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: Client agrees to hold Party Pop Ins harmless and indemnify us against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from property damage or physical injury during the event. Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable performance environment, ensuring the proper use of equipment, and supervising attendees to prevent any unsafe behavior.

  • EQUIPMENT LIABILITY: If a guest damages equipment or costumes beyond repair the client may be responsible for replacing them (at the discretion of Party Pop Ins. Snow and bubble machines aren’t permitted to go overtop the performers wigs or face painters paints. Wet paint, nail polish or other staining materials should not be present before or during our visit where it can damage costumes. We recommend scheduling them after. This doesn’t include face paint (non staining). If wet paint is present and it stains the costume beyond repair the client will be responsible for repair or replacement. Reimbursement must be sent mobility within 7 days following the event.

  • SURFACE: We must be provided with a clean and dry surface to stand on that is free of dirt or mud. Characters with long dresses need a paved surface.

  • COVERING: We must be provided with a covering from rain and direct sunlight. If characters aren’t fully covered from the rain in the provided covering they may leave without refund to avoid costume damage.
