Agent Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to event planners, agents or venues looking to subcontract or refer business to one another. By using Party Pop Ins services you agree to these terms.

  • These guidelines are applicable when Party Pop Ins is hired for a character meet and greet booth. Such services are frequently seen at public events held at malls or festivals with large numbers of attendees.

    -Exclusive Booking: We must be the only princess company booked for the event.

    -Marketing Materials: We distribute materials to guest.

    -Representation: While we cross-promote other companies, we will only represent our own.

    -Outdoor Events: We need a tent setup/covering and paved surface to stand on.

    -Paint: We cannot be anywhere near wet craft paint, acrylic paint or nail polish stations where it can damage our costumes. This does not include face paint (doesn’t stain). If you have a paint section and it damages our costumes due to kids holding wet items or having wet paint on them you will need to reimburse us for repairs or replacement within 7 days of the event. Our costumes range from $200-$1500 so please do not break this policy.

    -Advertisement Guidelines: Commercial ads/posts with our image must avoid attached copyrighted names or cartoons. Décor in the image is ok. Please see our character list for the correct names for our characters. We must be tagged in all event images we are in “Character provided by @partypopins.” Caption wording should avoid using “partnership” or “collaboration” that might mislead customers into thinking Party Pop Ins is responsible for aspects beyond entertainment. Party Pop Ins must be tagged in every event post, featuring our image or services, and should not be used to promote events where we will not be present.

    -Image Usage: Other companies at the event must contact us for approval to use our company image for commercial purposes.

    -Website Posting: We can be posted on websites only for a preferred vendor lists where we are tagged. Please allow us to approve it first.

    -ADULT CONTENT IMAGE USE POLICY: Party Pop Ins images are not to be used for commercial purposes on accounts containing adult content, drugs, revealing clothing, sexual content, or similar material, at the discretion of Party Pop Ins.

    -Image Sharing: Do not download or screenshot images from our pages and utilize them for commercial purposes. Some of our images only have parental consent to be used for commercial usage our accounts. If you would like to post an image of ours send us a message and we will directly send you an approved watermarked image.

  • These guidelines are applicable to companies interested in hosting events involving fewer than 30 children, such as sensory play events, cookie decorating, and tea parties.

    -ADVERTISING: The client commits to ensuring that event advertisements distinctly indicate that the client is the host, and Party Pop Ins is hired or invited as entertainment. The wording should avoid suggesting a partnership or collaboration that might mislead customers into thinking Party Pop Ins is responsible for aspects beyond entertainment. Party Pop Ins must be tagged in every event post, featuring our image or services, and should not be used to promote events where we will not be present.

    -COPYRIGHT: The client agrees not to incorporate any copyrighted cartoons or names in Party Pop Ins-related advertisements. Accurate character names can be found on our website.

    -ACTIVITY FLEXIBILITY: While we can customize our standard activities to align with your plans, if additional preparations are required it may incur extra fees.

    -SUPERVISION: Client must communicate to guests our policy on adult supervision and assistance.

    -EVENT INVOLVEMENT: We do not participate in other aspects of the event besides entertainment. Such as planning or providing materials besides our usual props.

    -ADULT CONTENT IMAGE USE POLICY: Party Pop Ins images are not to be used for commercial purposes on accounts containing adult content, drugs, revealing clothing, sexual content, or similar material, at the discretion of Party Pop Ins.

  • Party Pop Ins only offers subcontracting services for large meet-and-greet booth events and small ticketed events (outlined above). For private gatherings, we only accept bookings where direct communication with the client or parent is possible, and they complete the booking personally. We don’t accept payments or terms signatures from agents on the clients behalf. This approach aligns with our meticulously designed booking and follow-up process, aimed at ensuring a unique and heartfelt experience with our entertainers. Our company places a strong emphasis on fostering connections between characters, guests, and uniting everyone as a collective whole. Even our face painters are dedicated to nurturing this special experience. From start to finish, our service is crafted to leave clients with cherished memories that will shine for years.

    -Image Usage: We only approve our image usage for commercial purposes to companies that are not a conflict of interest and that do not showcase adult content. If the company becomes a conflict of interest or begins showcasing adult content after our approval we retain the right to have our company images removed. Conflicts of interest include (but aren‘t limited to) competing character companies whether they are mobile (like ours) or a venue/spa that is mainly dedicated to character experiences.

    -Website Posting: We can be featured on websites only for preferred vendor lists where we are tagged. Please seek approval and we will provide approved images.

    Exclusive Booking: We must be the only character company booked for the event.

    -Marketing Materials: We distribute materials to guests.

    -Client Proposals: Our image can only be used to advertise our services. If our image is used in a proposal sent to clients we must be credited beside it. Ex: “image/character from Party Pop Ins.” If you need a image for a proposal we can provide one.

    -Representation: While we cross-promote other companies, we represent only our own at events.

    -Advertisement Guidelines: Ads/posts with our image for commercial purposes must avoid copyrighted names or attached cartoons. Party décor in the image is fine. Refer to our website for our characters names.

    -Tagging in Photos: We must be tagged in all images/posts of our services. When tagging us in photos, use "We love referring @partypopins ice queen" instead of "Contact us to book the ice queen." Including the word “refer” is important to set clear expectations with clients that we do not subcontract for private parties and they will be referred in your planning process. We aim to uncover where our clients are referred from in the booking process if it is not communicated to us by the planner.

    -Client Tagging: We tag clients' accounts in all images they are in to help promote them. Please let us know if you would like us to share your company in any other way.
